[Istina] Vitality potion does not work

Item vitality potion (30-min) just does not work. I right click it and it does not consume it.

I tried relogin, restarting the client, and even swapping subclass and back. Nothing happens

Maintains the Vitality amount for 30 min. Cooldown: 60 min. Vitality item with limited usage.
