Use Google Public DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you have connection problems

There are some players which cannot connect to L2 SCARLET servers (in Europe). They're mostly from Brazil, Afrika, USA, Russia and China... The reason is that they don't use international DNS from their internet providers.
